Osman Isfen
Sabit Osman Isfen (* 1977 in Istanbul ) is a German lawyer and professor at the Hagen Open University .
Life
After receiving his doctorate in 2007 from the University of Munich as Dr. iur. with Claus Roxin and his habilitation in 2012 in Frankfurt am Main with Ulfrid Neumann , he taught from 2009 to 2016 as a junior professor for criminal law and criminal procedure law at the Ruhr-Universität Bochum and since 2016 as a professor for criminal law, criminal procedure law, commercial criminal law and international criminal law in Hagen .
