Osmylus multiguttatus is a species of the reticulated winged wing (Neuroptera).

features

Imago

The head is colored glossy black. The thorax and abdomen are black and lightly haired. The legs are yellow and the coxae are black. The tarsal link 5 is apically black. The tips of the large, broad wings are round. The wing membrane is densely covered with dark brown, large roundish spots. Occasionally they converge on the forewings. Apart from the dark spots, the veins on the wings are light brownish.

The larva is so far unknown.

Occurrence

The species occurs in Ukraine and Anatolia .
