Otis neighbor (born August 6, 1954 ) is a former German soccer player .

Neighbor went through various youth teams of the Württemberg and German football associations in the early 1970s. He completed a total of 50 games in the 2nd Bundesliga in the 1974/75 season for VfR Heilbronn and in the 1980/81 season for VfB Eppingen and scored one goal. He also played for many years in the major league for VfR Heilbronn, SSV Reutlingen , SV Neckargerach and VfB Eppingen.
