Otto Heinrich Wilhelm Keller (born September 9, 1879 in Eberstadt , † June 2, 1947 in Büdingen ) was a German politician ( DVP ) and a member of the Landtag of the People's State of Hesse in the Weimar Republic .

family

Otto Keller was the son of the factory owner August Heinrich Friedrich Keller (1844–1929) and his wife Johanna nee Möllinger (1852–1933). Otto Keller, who was a Protestant denomination, married Ida Stich (also: Stieh) (1885–1947).

education and profession

Otto Keller studied in Freiburg and Gießen and was awarded a Dr. phil is doing his doctorate. From 1908 he worked as a senior teacher at the Realschule Oppenheim and was professor there from 1917. In 1918 he became director and later director of studies at the (upper) secondary school in Michelstadt. In 1924 he was senior director of studies at the Wolfgang-Ernst-Gymnasium in Büdingen. Otto Keller was a member of the state parliament for the DVP from 1924 to 1931.
