Otto Kirsch (actor)
Otto Kirsch ( March 6, 1862 in Vienna - March 27, 1932 in Plauen ) was an Austrian theater actor .
Life
Kirsch, who was supposed to become a freight forwarder and also worked as such for some time, went to the theater in 1885 following his inclination. He made his debut in Innsbruck, was then at the city theaters of Magdeburg (1886), Halle (1887), Graz (1888), Stuttgart (1889–1890) and in 1890 became a member of the German People's Theater in Vienna. In 1891 he was committed to the castle . From there he moved to Berlin (1894–1895). He then went to Meiningen, where he stayed until 1911. His last stage was Plauen, where he worked from 1911 to 1913.
Kirsch represented the profession of the first heroes and lovers. He had a reasonable understanding of roles, sharp characteristics, sparkling temperament and linguistic skills.
After finishing his stage career, he founded a publishing company.
