Otto Linsenmaier (born May 13, 1918 in Stetten im Remstal , † June 23, 2009 in Fellbach ) was a Württemberger viticulture expert and Senior Ministerialrat a. D.

Life

Linsenmaier studied agriculture in Gießen and Hohenheim , and in his doctorate he dealt with business issues relating to viticulture . .1952 to 1957 head of plant production at the regional council in Stuttgart. Then viticulture advisor in the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Forests of the State of Baden-Württemberg. 1970 to 1985 teaching position for viticulture at the University of Hohenheim. Author of numerous relevant publications. Dr. Linsenmaier acquired during the planning and realization of the viticulture trail on the Kappelberg.
