Grace Greenwood Ames

Grace Greenwood Ames (born January 15, 1905 in Brooklyn , † 1979 in New York ) was an American artist. She was the older sister of the artist Marion Greenwood . She received her artistic training in Mexico. Here, like her sister, she worked with artist friends, including Diego Rivera , José Clemente Orozco , David Alfaro Siqueiros , Pablo O'Higgins and Leopoldo Méndez , on several murals at the time of the muralism present there .
