Otto Richter (politician)
Emil Otto Richter (born October 9, 1873 in Frohburg , † after 1944) was a German politician ( SPD ).
Life
Richter initially worked as a market helper and until 1901 as a trade and transport worker. From 1899 to 1900 he was chairman of the local organization of trade workers in Leipzig and then until 1901 chairman of the central association committee of the transport workers' association based in Chemnitz . From October 1901 to 1926 he was its Gauleiter.
From 1909 to February 14, 1918 he represented the 47th rural constituency in the Second Chamber of the Saxon State Parliament .
