Otto Werra

Otto Werra (born September 17, 1887 in Münster ; † February 28, 1968 there ) was a Prussian district administrator .

Life

1906 Otto Werra earned a high school in Munster and then studied at the Universities of Münster , Leipzig and Kiel jurisprudence . He was born on January 10, 1914 Regierungsassessor and was in Arnsberg operates. Promoted to the government council in January 1922, he was transferred to the Münster government in May 1924 . The commissioning of the provisional administration of the Meschede district office took place in November 1926. On April 5, 1927 he was definitely district administrator for the Meschede district . In April 1933 he was first put into temporary retirement and on August 15, 1933, according to the law for the restoration of the professional civil service, he was finally retired with the result that he received a reduced pension payment. After the war he became head of the State Electricity Association of Oldenburg and remained in this position until 1955.
