Otto von Fabricius

Otto von Fabricius (born May 8, 1857 in Preßburg , Pressburg County , † December 2, 1912 ibid) was a Hungarian writer and German-language journalist .

Life

After school and studies, Fabricius got a job at the theater in his hometown. Since he was able to achieve some success as a journalist during his studies, he was appointed secretary of the Hungarian Journalists' Association around 1890 . In 1895 Fabricius was promoted to editor of the West Hungarian border messenger and seven years later he became its chief editor with sole responsibility.
