Otto von Franz
Otto von Franz (born July 21, 1871 in Vienna , † July 28, 1930 in Bern ) was an Austrian diplomat .
Life
Otto von Franz was the son of Anne (* 1880) and Emil Baron von Franz. 1918 Counselor Freiherr Otto von Franz d'Affaires in Copenhagen . Denmark was the protecting power of Austria-Hungary in Russia during World War I. On July 11, 1918, the Moscow government under Lenin Otto Freiherr von Franz granted the agreement, whereupon the latter was appointed envoy in Moscow on August 6, 1918 . He did not take up this office, but became envoy to The Hague , Netherlands .
