Péter Bácsalmási

Péter Bácsalmási (born November 6, 1908 in Bácsalmás , † May 20, 1981 in Budapest ) was a Hungarian decathlete , triple jumper and pole vaulter .

At the Olympic Games in Los Angeles in 1932 he was ninth in the triple jump and tenth in the decathlon . In 1936 in Berlin he was sixth in the pole vault and twelfth in the decathlon .

He was five times Hungarian champion in the decathlon (1931-1934, 1937) and twice in the triple jump (1931, 1932).
