Lake Përlepnica ( Albanian Liqeni i Përlepnicës , Serbian Језеро Прилепница Jezero Prilepnica ) is a reservoir in eastern Kosovo , northeast of the city of Gjilan . When the water level is completely blocked, it is about 620 meters above sea level. The lake is used to supply the local population with drinking water .
