PJ Tracy Limited was an assembly plant for motor vehicles and thus part of the automotive industry in Ireland .
Company history
The Dublin company had been a car dealership since 1926 at the latest . Vehicles from Hudson , Terraplane , Essex , Fiat , Delage and Singer were imported and marketed. Ernest Bell became director in 1930. In 1933 the assembly of automobiles began. The parts came from Hudson, Singer and Terraplane. Production ended in 1937. In 1938 or 1939 the company was dissolved.
Ernest Bell had already founded Assemblers in January 1937 and also assembled vehicles.

Hudson was assembled from 1933 and Singer from 1934. Terraplane has only survived for 1934.
