Ken Keen
PK "Ken" Keen is a retiree and has been Deputy Commander of the United States Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) since 2009 . In 2010 he became known to a wider public when he spoke of Port-au-Prince from the auxiliary operational the United States Armed Forces after the earthquake in Haiti in 2010 led.
