The PBC Eintracht Klagenfurt is a billiards club from Klagenfurt am Wörthersee . With five titles he is next to Black Eight Linz Austrian record champion in pool .
history
PBC Eintracht Klagenfurt was founded in 1978. In 1984 he became the Austrian 8-ball champion . Two years later, the team became Austrian champions for the second time. In the 1987/88 season she was able to successfully defend the title in the newly introduced Bundesliga . Further titles followed in 2000 and 2006. Subsequently, Eintracht Klagenfurt was relegated to the 2nd Bundesliga , in which in 2009 and 2010 the promotion to runner-up was only just missed, in 2010 behind city rivals BC Standard Klagenfurt . In the 2011/12 season they finished fourth in the second division, now renamed Regionalliga. A year later they reached first place, but signed off the regional league team and played from then on in the fourth-class Carinthian League B. After taking second place there, Eintracht no longer took part in the 2014/15 season. For the 2015/16 season, another team was registered for the Carinthian B-League, which took second place there and was canceled again for the following season.
In 1983, with Elisabeth Leschanz and Hans Stern , players of the club became Austrian champions in singles for the first time . In addition to them, six other players of the club won national titles in individual: Valentin Hobel , Hans Schernthaner , Albin Ouschan senior , Josef Ouschan , Jasmin Ouschan and Albin Ouschan junior .
