The pool- Bundesliga is the highest league in pool-billiards in Austria . Eight teams determine the Austrian team champion as well as the two relegated teams in the pool regional league. The Bundesliga has existed in this form since 1987, previously an Austrian team championship had been held annually since 1981 .
mode
A game consists of two games in each of the disciplines 14/1 endless , 8-ball , 9-ball and 10-ball . No player may play more than two games and he may not play more than one game in any one discipline. The following play objectives apply:
- 14/1 endless: 100 points
- 8-ball: 7 competitions
- 9-ball: 9 competitions
- 10-ball: 7 competitions
Austrian team champions
With five titles each, Eintracht Klagenfurt and Black Eight Linz are Austrian record champions.
Austrian team championship
Before the introduction of the Bundesliga, the Austrian team championship took place annually from 1981 to 1986. In 1983 and 1984 separate championships in 14/1 endless and 8-ball were held. The PBC Klagenfurt-Meran won four titles and is therefore the most successful club in the team championship.

Pool billiards Bundesliga
Since the introduction of the Bundesliga, the PBC Black Eight Linz has been Austrian champion five times, making it the record winner in the Bundesliga. In addition, from 2006 to 2009 he was the only club so far to win three titles in a row.
