The 1st pool billiard club Joker Kamp-Lintfort is a billiards club from Kamp-Lintfort .

history

The 1st PBC Joker Kamp-Lintfort was founded in 1982. As early as 1978, with the 1st PBC Kamp-Lintfort, a predecessor club of Joker Kamp-Lintfort reached third place in the German 8-ball championship . After playing in the lower leagues in the meantime, the club managed to move up to the 2nd Bundesliga in the 2007/08 season . There they came fourth twice and in 2011 they only just missed promotion to the 1st Bundesliga with second place behind BSV Wuppertal . In the 2012/13 season they finished seventh and were relegated to the regional league. In the 2013/14 season they came four points behind the 1st PBC Neuwerk in second place and thus missed the direct promotion. Two years later they managed to return to the second division as first place with just one defeat of the season - they lost the away game at PBSC Bonn on matchday ten .

1985 and 1988 was Eckhard Schaefer , a player of the club German champion in the senior individual.

The club's second team rose to the regional league in 2012. As sixth place you rose in the 2012/13 season, however, in the Oberliga Niederrhein.
