The PBSG Wolfsburg (officially: Pool-Billard-Sport-Gemeinschaft Wolfsburg 1986/89 eV ) is a billiards club from Wolfsburg founded in 1986 .

history

The PBSG Wolfsburg was founded in 1986. In the 2007/08 season she reached the final of the German 8-Ball Cup , but lost to the 1st PBC Berrenrath . In the regional league, the club came fourth in 2010 and was relegated to eighth place in the league in 2011. There the team reached third place in 2012 and thus managed to climb back up. In the regional league they finished fourth in the 2012/13 season. A year later, the team reached first place and thus rose to the 2nd Bundesliga , in which they came fourth in the 2014/15 season . In the following season , the PBSG Wolfsburg took fifth place. Then the second division team was canceled and the club took over the top division starting place for the second team.

The second team of the PBSG Wolfsburg rose in 2012 as champions of the association league in the upper league and came third there in 2014. From the 2016/17 season she plays in the association league after the first team has taken over the top division.
