The Padmanabh (alternative name: Terong Tower ) is a mountain in the eastern part of the Karakorum in the Indian union territory of Ladakh .

The Padmanabh has a height of 7030  m . It is located in the northwestern part of the Rimo Muztagh . The Teram Shehr Glacier flows north on its eastern flank, while the Siachen Glacier moves south-east to the west of the mountain. Because of the Siachen conflict and its location in a disputed area, the Padmanabh is difficult to access for mountaineers. The mountain was first climbed on June 25, 2002 by the two Japanese Hiroshi Sakai and Yasushi Tanahashi, who were participants in an Indo-Japanese expedition, via the south ridge.
