Paduka Hj Abdul Salam Momin

Paduka Hj Abdul Salam Momin or Paduka Hj Abdul Salam Abdul Momin (* 1961 ) is a Bruneian civil servant and diplomat. From 2015 to 2016 he was the Sultanate's first ambassador to East Timor . He bears the honorary title Dato .

Career

On August 23, 2008 Dato Paduka Hj Abdul Salam Momin was appointed permanent secretary in the Brunei Ministry of Health. Before that he was deputy private and confidential secretary in the Sultan's office.

From November 20, 2012, he was the second secretary of the new LegCo.

On March 10, 2015, Dato Paduka Hj Abdul Salam Momin was appointed Ambassador of Brunei to East Timor by Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah . The embassy in Dili opened in the Timor Plaza Hotel that same month . Dato Paduka Hj Abdul Salam Momin was accredited on June 9, 2015. In 2016 he was replaced by Norazlianah binti Ibrahim .
