Pageležiai ( Pagelažiai ) is a village with 117 inhabitants (2001) in Lithuania , in the administrative district of Vepriai , in the suburb of Ukmergė , around the A6 highway ( Kaunas - Zarasai - Daugavpils ), on the Geležė (right tributary of the Šventoji ), in the middle by Ukmergė and Jonava . There is a primary education department at Vepriai Middle School , non-functioning railway road. At the beginning of the 20th century there was a horse mail station on Kaunas Street–Zarasai built. In 1959 there were 209 residents.
