history
In 2009 the cellist Martin Rummel founded the CD label paladino music together with the cultural promoter Wolfgang Lamprecht , from which the paladino media gmbh emerged . Supported by a small team of professionals for implementation, manufacturing and distribution supervised hype the project, with an average of 15 publications per year at a boutique - independent label has developed.
Naxos Global Logistics manages the warehouse and, with its network of more than 50 international distributors, ensures that every recording is available in specialist shops and online shops as well as via all major streaming and download platforms worldwide.
Productions
The productions mostly focus on one composer. For example, there were first recordings by Franz Krommer , David Popper , Johann Joachim Quantz , Thomas Daniel Schlee and Johann Wenzel Tomaschek . Recital programs and debut recordings are also produced.
The recordings come from interpreters of different generations, from young artists to international stars like Vladimir Ashkenazy . paladino music was originally focused on chamber music , but is now increasingly publishing solo concert and other orchestral recordings .
Several publications have received awards or have been nominated for them.
