The hall has an athletics facility and was one of the venues for the European Athletics Indoor Championships in 1992. The arena has a capacity of 15,000 visitors at concerts and is also used as a venue for motocross competitions. The Beatles , Kiss , Peter Gabriel , Jethro Tull , Frank Zappa , America , Santana , Eric Clapton , Joni Mitchell , Spandau Ballet and Frank Sinatra have performed at the Palasport di Genova .
