Pallas Capital

Pallas Capital ( proper spelling : PALLAS CAPITAL ) is an Austrian financial institution with a focus on investment banking. Since it was founded in 2007, the company has handled projects with a total volume of more than one billion euros.

history

In 2007 the investment banker Florian Koschat founded Pallas Capital. In 2008, the sale of Austroflex GmbH (the annual turnover at that time was around 20 million euros) to the US company Watts was made possible by Pallas Capital.

In 2011 Pallas Capital accompanied the sale of the Croatian cable provider B.net to Telekom Austria with a transaction volume of 93 million euros. At the same time, the management buy-out of the Burgenland- based and internationally active electronics company BECOM was supported. The Motel One Vienna State Opera opened in 2014, made possible by Pallas Capital through mezzanine financing .

In 2017, Pallas Capital structured the corporate succession of Westcam from Tyrol. Since the same year, Pallas Capital has been supporting the real estate project developer SORAVIA with mezzanine financing amounting to around 30 million euros.

In June 2017, with an investment volume of around 180-200 million euros, a construction project with 17,000 square meters of building land in Munich was prepared, structured and accompanied by Pallas Capital using equity or mezzanine capital financing.

In January 2019, Pallas Capital enabled real estate group I, which specializes in micro-apartments, to enter the Austrian ( Vienna ) market live . Pallas Capital is also helping by structuring mezzanine capital for the residential and commercial project in Dachau with a total volume of around 20 million euros, carried out by Omega AG as a property developer .

Services

Among other things, the company supports small and medium-sized companies in the financing of projects as well as in the purchase and sale of company and company shares.
In addition, larger financing loans and options are issued to real estate companies. Pallas Capital also invests in the international real estate market (around 300 million euros in Germany alone in 2018).

Company structure

In 2014 the company was formally renamed PALLAS CAPITAL Advisory AG based on the Vienna Stock Exchange . Pallas Capital is a financial institution in accordance with Section 1 Paragraph 2 Item 3 BWG.
