Pan American Games 2019 / Squash / Men's Singles

The men's singles in squash at the 2019 Pan American Games took place from July 25th to 28th. The field of participants consisted of 23 players.

The winner of the last two events, Miguel Ángel Rodríguez , took part again and started the tournament in second place. He also reached the final, in which, as in 2015, he met Diego Elías . Elías won the game with 11: 6, 7:11, 12:10 and 11: 8 and thus secured not only his first gold medal but also Peru's first gold medal in squash at the Pan American Games. Bronze went to the losing semi-finalists César Salazar and Robertino Pezzota .
