Pandėlys is a town in Rokiškis Rajong Parish , Panevėžys District in Lithuania . It is the center of the Pandėlys District . It is located 26 kilometers west of Rokiškis , on the Apaščia . There is the Pandėlys Catholic Church (built in 1801), the Pandėlys grammar school , a hospital, a library (since 1937) and a post office. Pandėlys was first mentioned in 1591. In 1997 the coat of arms was confirmed.
