Paolo Ricagno

Paolo Ricagno (born October 18, 1957 in Turin ) is an Italian film director .

Ricagno graduated in history and film criticism after a. a. Had attended seminars with Guido Aristarco . In 1978 he presented the medium-length Uno , which was followed two years later by Il mondo della luna , which was produced for television and which he realized together with Ugo Gregoretti . After another TV work, Dei bar e di altri luoghi , Pirata was shown at the Venice Film Festival in 1984 , but has hardly been found ever since ! (Cult Movie) based on its own script for the cinema. In 1991 Ricagno shot Un tango y una noche eterno with Dario Buzzolan on video . Later he turned to the opera direction. Ricagno teaches his hometown representation at the Conservatorio Statale di Musica Giuseppe Verdi.
