The Papua New Guinea Football Association is the national football association of Papua New Guinea . It was founded in 1962 and became a member of FIFA in 1963 . In 1966 the PNGFA was a founding member of the Oceania Football Confederation . It organizes the National Football League and the Papua New Guinea National Football Team .
