The Tuvalu National Football Association (TNFA) is the football association of the Pacific state of Tuvalu . He has been an associate member of the FIFA Continental Association Oceania Football Confederation (OFC) since 2006 and is based in Funafuti .
The Tuvalu Sports Ground in Vaiaku in Funafuti is the Tuvalus national stadium .
Since September 2009, full membership of FIFA has been prepared with Dutch support .
National team
Tuvalu has a national soccer team for men and women and a national futsal team for men .
Leagues
The national men's soccer league in Tuvalu consists of three divisions; the women play in a league.
- A division - eight teams
- B division - five teams
- C Division - five teams
- Women's A Division (founded in 2009) - five teams
Competitions
In addition to the leagues, the TNFA organizes three cup competitions :
- Christmas Cup - men and women
- Independence Cup - men and women
- NBT Cup - men and women
In addition, the association's member teams take part in the Tuvalu Games (men and women).
