Papyrus 116 (named after Gregory-Aland with Sigel 116 ) is an early Greek copy of the New Testament . This papyrus manuscript contains parts of the letter to the Hebrews . The remaining text consists only of poorly preserved fragments and includes verses 2,9-11; 3.3-6. Using palaeography , INTF dated it to the 6th or 7th century.

The volume of the manuscript is too small to classify it in a category of biblical manuscripts. The manuscript is stored in the Austrian National Library under the signature P. Vindob. G 42417 kept in Vienna .
