Papyrus 92 (named after Gregory-Aland with Sigel 92 ) is an early Greek copy of the New Testament . It was dated to the 3rd century using paleography .

description

The manuscript comes from the Egyptian Narmouthis, today the place bears the name Medinet Madi . The papyrus fragment of the Ephesians contains only the verses 1,11-13.19-21. Another part contains verses 1,4-5.11-12. of the 2nd Letter to the Thessalonians . It is the earliest fragment of the 2nd Letter to the Thessalonians.

The Greek text of the Codex represents the Alexandrian text type . Textually that is 46 , Codex Sinaiticus , and Vaticanus close.
