The Parilungbi is a 6166 m high mountain in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh in the western Himalayas .
The mountain is to the east of Spiti in the Lahaul and Spiti district . The Parung Glacier , which forms the source of the Parechu , flows along the western flank .
The Parilungbi was climbed in 1987 by an Indian expedition led by Harish Kapadia over the south ridge. However, this was not the first ascent of the summit.
