The Parkhotel Rheydt is a former upper-class residential building in the Rheydt district of the city of Mönchengladbach in North Rhine-Westphalia , Hugo-Junkers-Straße 2.

The two- to three-storey corner building was built in 1898 for the manufacturer Paul Froriep by the architect Robert Neuhaus and entered into the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach on March 6, 1989 under No. H 052 .

The building is worth preserving as a prestigiously designed upper-class residential building of historicism , which in Mönchengladbach and Rheydt is one of the most important and high-quality examples of its class.
