The Parkstrasse 3 building is a listed villa in the town of Thale in Saxony-Anhalt .

Villa Parkstrasse 3 is located on the west side of Parkstrasse not far from the right bank of the Bode near the exit of the Bodetal . North of the house, Walther-Rathenau-Strasse joins Parkstrasse. To the east is the Friedenspark , the city's spa park, and to the south is the Bodetal Therme Thale .

Architecture and history

The two-storey representative villa was built around 1890/1900 in massive construction. The facade of the house is characterized by the contrast of red clinker bricks and originally light, plastic sandstone surrounds of windows and doors. The structure of the building is in the neo-renaissance style , the decorations in the neo-baroque style.

In the local register of monuments , the building is listed as a residential building under registration number 094 45306.
