Parli is a city in the Indian state of Maharashtra .
The city is part of the Beed district . Parli has the status of a Municipal Council . The city is divided into 32 wards . On the cut-off date of the 2011 census it had 90,975 inhabitants, of which 46,975 were men and 44,000 women. Hindus make up the majority of the city's population with a share of over 62%. The literacy rate in 2011 was 84.40%, well above the national average.
