Parteš ( Serbian - Cyrillic Партеш , Albanian  Partesh or Parteshi ) is a village and the official seat of the municipality of the same name in southeastern Kosovo , not far from the city of Gjilan . In order to give the mostly Serbian residents more rights of self-determination, the municipality of Parteš - consisting of the village itself and the two other villages Pasjane and Donja Budriga - was established in 2008 .

According to the 2011 census, the place Parteš has 478 inhabitants, all of whom belong to the Serbian ethnic group. They also all declared themselves to be Orthodox .
