The Party of the Willing to Work and the Socially Vulnerable - Antidiscrimination Association (short name: PASS ) is a small German party .
history
The party was founded on August 13, 1993 by former SPD members as the Berlin unemployment party . At the party congress on February 24, 1994, the name was changed to "Party of the Unemployed and Socially Vulnerable (PASS)". From 1996 it was named “Party for Labor and Social Security / Party of the Unemployed and Socially Vulnerable” and from October 1, 1998 again as “Party of the Unemployed and Socially Vulnerable (PASS)”. In 1998 there were around 700 members. From 2008 the name was changed again to “Party of those willing to work and the socially weak”. The party sees itself mainly as a reservoir for the unemployed and is considered a protest party . It is divided into the federal association and a regional association in Berlin .

Election results
The party took part in the Bundestag elections in 1994 and 1998 and achieved 0.0% in each case. The party was not allowed to run for the 2009 federal election because the federal election committee denied that it was a party. She ran in the European elections in 1994 and 1999 and reached 0.4% and 0.3% respectively.
