Pascal Koupaki

Pascal Koupaki (born May 18, 1951 in Cotonou , Dahomey ) is a politician from Benin .

Life

Koupaki worked for the West African Central Bank in Dakar from September 1979 to December 1990 . From 2006 to 2007 he was Minister of Finance, from 2007 to 2011 Minister for Development. In May 2011 he succeeded Adrien Houngbédji as Prime Minister of Benin. On August 11, 2013, President Boni Yayi reshuffled the cabinet, the office of prime minister was abolished, and Koupaki is no longer represented in the new cabinet. Koupaki is a member of the Forces Cauris pour un Bénin Emergent party .
