Pascal Morgant (born August 23, 1975 ) is a German handball coach and former player.

Career

Pascal Morgant started playing handball in Möglingen. Later, the Kreisläufer switched to the youth department of TSG Oßweil . In the adult area he played for TSG Oßweil in the 2nd Bundesliga . In 1997 Morgant, whose father is French, joined the league competitor Frisch Auf Göppingen . 2001 rose Morgant with cream on Göppingen in the Bundesliga on. In the 2004/05 season he went on the hunt for goals for the regional league club VfL Waiblingen . He then joined the second division club SV Salamander Kornwestheim . In the 2006/07 season Morgant ran for the successor club HBR Ludwigsburg in the 2nd Bundesliga. In the 2007/08 season he worked as a player-coach at TSB Schwäbisch Gmünd .

Morgant returned to Frisch Auf Göppingen in 2008 to set up a youth center there. He also worked for a total of five years as a youth coordinator and coach of the U17 team at Frisch Auf. In 2013 he took over the coaching of the women's team from TV Nellingen , which competed in the 2nd Bundesliga . In 2016, Nellingen was promoted to the Bundesliga under his leadership . From the 2018/19 season he trained the league competitor Neckarsulmer Sport-Union . After Morgant did not renew his contract in January 2020, he was released from his duties.
