Passos is a municipality in the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais . It is about 343 km away from Belo Horizonte and is 745 meters above sea level. Passos covers an area of about 1,339 km². A 2010 census showed a population of 106,290 people. According to official estimates, around 114,000 people lived in Passos in 2018.
