Pat Holtz (born November 27, 1968 in Hamilton ) is a Scottish pool player .
Career
In 1996 Holtz became 8-ball world champion at the PPPO. At the 9-Ball World Cup in 2006 he lost to Wu Chia-Ching in the round of 16 . In 2007 he was eliminated in the preliminary round after losing to the Spaniard David Alcaide in the semifinals of the World Pool Masters .
Holtz was at times among the top eight in the WEPF world rankings.
Pat Holtz formed the Canadian doubles at the World Cup of Pool twice with Michael Valentine . However, they were eliminated both in 2006 and 2007 in the first round.
