Pat Simon (born August 31, 1949 in Hamburg ) is a former German pop singer .

Life and accomplishments

The daughter of the singer Hans-Arno Simon attended an interpreting and business school. She received singing lessons from her father as well as dance and acting lessons.

In 1966 her first single was released on the Vogue record label , the English-language Hold Tight . In 1968 she moved to Metronome Records .

At the German Schlagerwettbewerb 1969 she took part with the title Ein Glück that you can't buy happiness and came fourth. At the German Schlager competition in 1970 she reached tenth place with point, point, comma, line . In the ZDF hit parade of July 12, 1969, she appeared with A lucky that one cannot buy happiness and in the broadcast of January 24, 1970 with Yes, on the sugar loaf .

In 1977 she tried a less successful comeback with the title George (disco tango) sung in English on the Atlantic label .
