Patricia Briggs

Patricia Briggs (* 1965 in Butte , Montana ) is an American author and prefers to write fantasy stories.

biography

Living in Chicago , she started writing in 1990. She currently lives in the northwestern United States. Her first book Masques was published in 1993. Your books have been successful; she started writing book series. Several volumes from her Mercedes-Thompson series made it into the New York Times bestseller list.

In June 2007 Heyne published one of her novels in German for the first time with Drachenzauber , others followed.

Briggs spelling is also influenced by her degrees in European history and German. So are z. B. German idioms can often be found in the Mercedes-Thompson series.
