Patricia Dillon Cafferata (born November 24, 1940 in Albany (New York) ) is an American politician and former Treasury Secretary of Nevada .

She ran for the Republican Party for governor of Nevada in 1986 , but lost the election to incumbent Richard Bryan .

She was the daughter of Barbara Vucanovich and wrote her biography.
