Patrick Hertweck
Patrick Hertweck (* 1972 in Baden-Baden ) is a German author for children and young people .
Life
Patrick Hertweck was born in Baden-Baden in 1972 and later grew up in the district town of Gaggenau in the Murg Valley . After graduating from the commercial college in Rastatt, he traveled to many parts of Europe by bike, then worked in the management of a media company and at some point decided to turn his secret passion into a career. Since then, the father of three sons has lived and worked as a freelance writer in Freiburg im Breisgau. In 2015, his debut novel was awarded second place at the LovelyBooks Readers Award 2015.
