Patrick Hoffmann (born July 25, 1974 in Munich ) is a German curler .

Hoffmann made his international debut in 1995 at the Junior Curling World Championships in Perth , where he won his first precious metal with a silver medal. At the EM 2002 he became European champion for the first time. At the 2004 European Championships Hoffmann was able to win the title of European Champion again.

Hoffmann played for Germany at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City as a substitute. The team finished the tournament in sixth place.
