Patrick on purpose ( PMA for short ) is a German rapper from Hamburg .

biography

Patrick started rapping on purpose in 1999. At first he mainly took part in freestyle battles in Germany, later he started to write his own texts. In early 2004 he signed his first record deal with the Jadoo Records label . The following fall, Patrick deliberately made Jack the Mixtape available for free download. In March 2005 the debut EP Insert Coin was released , which was released by Jadoo Records and distributed through Groove Attack . After this release, Patrick deliberately attracted attention mainly through sampler contributions and features on recordings by Beginner , Azads , Afu-Ras , Ferris MCs , Olli Banjos , Franky Kubricks and Taktloss . He also performed at the splash! Festival together with DJ Precision . As a result of these successes, PMA was included in the list of the 10 greatest hopefuls in the December issue of Juice . On November 4, 2005, PMA released the mixtape Secret Weapon Vol. 1 together with Phrequincy . Then PMA went on tour in Germany with Olli Banjo. On November 2, 2007, Patrick released his debut album Jack Is Back on purpose . After that, the hamburger was quiet for a long time, until the release of his free EP Nerd Rage on November 21, 2014 via hiphop.de.
