Paul Barrett (born in Chester ) is a British actor .
Life
Barrett was born in Chester in northwest England near the border with Wales and spent most of his childhood in Iran . From the mid-1980s Barrett was seen in various TV and cinema productions, including international projects such as the films produced by Luc Besson Kiss of the Dragon (2001) and Hitman - Everyone dies alone (2007).
