Paul Crone

Paul Crone (* around 1880 ; † after 1939 ) was a German graphic artist in Dessau .

Life

Paul Crone studied with the commercial artist Hermann Delitsch at the arts and crafts school in Leipzig . For a while he lived in Frankenthal in the Rhine Palatinate. He had been in Dessau at Heidestrasse 89 since 1928 at the latest. In 1940 he was still registered there.

Paul Crone was primarily active as a commercial artist and bookmaker. He was a member of the German Werkbund and the Association of Visual Artists (B. b. K.). Around 1937 he was involved in the exhibition Our Home in Pictures .
